We had a great stay at a hotel in the old quarter, close to restaurants and shops. The owner was friendly and accommodating, making sure to address all our needs. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the lake and in the heart of all the action. The breakfast surpassed our expectations, and the rooms were in good condition. Although our twin room had one king-size bed and a small one, it was still comfortable. The highlight was the amazing shower that we absolutely loved.

This hotel in the heart of the Old Quarter had beautiful new rooms with attention to detail, including air conditioning and the comfiest bed I've experienced in Asia. The staff provided great service and the breakfast was adequate. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore Hanoi's tourist attractions.

Had a great time at Milton Boutique Hotel. The manager Sharon went out of his way to make my stay comfortable, always offering assistance without being pushy. He helped me with directions, finding a supermarket, and even patched up my backpack. The private car transfer from the airport was convenient. The room was spacious, with a large and comfortable bed. The wifi signal was strong, and the shower had good water pressure. The hotel's location in the Old Quarter was perfect, with easy access to attractions and restaurants. I highly recommend staying here.

My partner and I recently had a romantic escape and stayed at this new, clean hotel in Hanoi. We loved the caring owner/manager who helped us book tours and arranged transportation at fair prices. The rooms were very clean and nicely equipped with toothbrushes, shampoo, body wash, and more. the hotel's location was very convenient as we could get to many tourist attractions on foot.

We were not so fond of the breakfast as it took a while to be served and some of the items were unavailable. The quality of the food was not superb either.
